In today's vlog, I’m joined by @globegrind for an action-packed day in the heart of Thailand's capital. We head to the Lumphini Park outdoor gym (known as the "prison gym") to get a sweat on. But it wasn't just a workout—we had some unexpected visitors! We ran into the famous giant monitor lizards that roam the park.
To wrap up the adventure, we head just outside the park gates to find some local Thai street food in Bangkok. Whether you are visiting Bangkok for the first time or you’re a local looking for a workout spot, this is the guide for you.
