Margazhiyil Makkalisai (People's Music in the Month of Margazhi) is an annual anti-caste music festival held in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, organized by the Neelam Cultural Centre, founded by filmmaker Pa. Ranjith. 

Its main concept is to democratize music and challenge the exclusionary nature of the traditional "Margazhi season" (a month-long classical Carnatic music festival) by prioritizing folk arts, Gaana, and Dalit resistance music.
