Here's how you can get up to 30 spoils of conquest each week solo from the raid vault of glass. This method does not require any glitches or sparrow breaches like some other options out there but instead completing the encounter as intended but made much easier solo with how the Praetorians behave.
Praetorians can be headshot to remove their head, this changes their behaviour from capturing their nearby plate to only chasing you. You can use this to bait Praetorians away from their plates once it has been captured allowing all 3 to be simultaneously active which will over time complete the encounter.
Because of the praetorians chasing you and other vex spawns high survivability is a must. Void / Solar are great here and weapons / exotics with healing or sustain perks help too.

1. capture right plate
2. headshot right praetorian
3. cature middle plate
4. headshot middle praetorian
5. capture left plate
6. spawn kill left praetorian
