Leah Broad is an author and journalist specialising in twentieth-century music, especially women in music and is the founder of Unheard Heritage, a project with John Andrews and Resonus Classics to record great, forgotten music for new audiences. Samantha Ege is a pianist, author and music historian. She is the soloist on this world premiere recording of Avril Coleridge Taylor's Piano Concerto and the author of South Side Impresarios: How Race Women Transformed Chicago's Classical Music Scene.
