🧾 INGREDIENTS:
🌾 DRY INGREDIENTS:
• Almond flour – 100 g (1 cup)
• Jowar flour or Buckwheat flour – 50 g (½ cup)
• Flaxseed powder – 15 g (2 tbsp)
• Chia seeds – 10 g (1 tbsp)
• Pumpkin seeds (coarsely chopped) – 20 g (2 tbsp)
• Sunflower seeds (coarsely chopped) – 20 g (2 tbsp)
• Walnuts (finely chopped) – 15 g (2 tbsp)
• Sesame seeds – 10 g (1 tbsp)
• Desiccated coconut – 7 g (1 tbsp)
• Baking powder (optional) – 2 g (½ tsp)
• Salt – A pinch
🧈 WET INGREDIENTS:
• Coconut sugar (or Jaggery powder)– 80 g (⅓ cup)
• Melted butter / coconut oil / ghee – 40 g (3 tbsp)
• Milk – 45 ml (3 tbsp)
• Vanilla extract – 2.5 ml (½ tsp)

👩🍳 METHOD:
🔥 Step 1: Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F). Line a tray with parchment.
🥣 Step 2: In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients well.
🥄 Step 3: In another bowl, mix wet ingredients until smooth.
🧁 Step 4: Combine both mixtures. Form a soft dough.
✋ Step 5: Shape into small balls. Flatten and place on tray.
🔥 Step 6: Bake for 25 minutes at 170°C or until golden at edges.
Let cool completely before storing.

Air Fryer Settings for Biotin-Rich Cookies
Temperature: 150–160°C (lower than oven to avoid quick browning)
Time: 12–15 minutes (check at 12 mins, continue if needed)
🔥 Method in Air Fryer:
Preheat air fryer for 3 minutes at 160°C.
Place shaped cookies on parchment paper or a perforated baking sheet (don’t overcrowd).
Bake at 150–160°C for 12–15 minutes until edges are slightly golden.
Allow cookies to cool inside basket for 5 minutes (carryover heat will finish them).
Transfer to wire rack and cool fully before storing.
👉 Tip for Even Baking in Air Fryer:
Bake in 2–3 small batches if basket is small.
Keep cookies slightly smaller/thinner than oven version for better results.
If using jaggery powder, lower temp to 150°C to avoid fast caramelization.
✅ Texture will be the same – crisp at edges, slightly chewy inside.
