Santtu-Matias Rouvali conducts the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra in Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov's symphonic suite Scheherazade (excerpts) from 1888, music based on the fairytale collection One Thousand and One Nights. The famous leitmotif that represents the storyteller herself is played by the orchestra’s leader Andrej Power.
