🔸 Ingredients:

Ground beef
Mushrooms
Green bell pepper
Tomato paste
Cheddar cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Onion
Paprika
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Salt


👉 Recipe:

Sauté the chopped onion with a little oil. Add the ground beef and stir until its color changes. Add the chopped mushrooms and spices, stir, and let it cook for about 5 minutes until the beef is fully cooked. Then add the tomato paste and bell pepper. Finally, add the grated cheddar cheese and stir until the cheese melts.

Trim the edges of the bread and flatten it with a rolling pin. Spread a spoonful of mozzarella on the bread, then a spoonful of the meat mixture, and top it with another spoonful of mozzarella. Moisten the edges of the bread with water and place another slice on top. Press the edges with a fork to seal them together.

Mix one egg with a tablespoon of milk and beat well. Dip the bread pocket first in the egg mixture, then in breadcrumbs, and fry in oil.
