I cooked a 15 Ib prime brisket from Happy to Meat You and the tenderness & taste was off the charts great! This prime brisket was a submission for the BBQ Pitmasters of Youtube Competition.
We used post oak wood chunks, smoked at 250 on the Kamado Joe with Sloroller and wrapped in butcher paper until prob tender. This was a 6 hour cook with a 1 hour rest! Enjoy!
