Sovereign Citizen Chichester El Bey Has Finally Given Up

Описание: Sovereign Citizen, Tucorrie Chichester El Bey, continues to take L’s, this time he gets stopped for riding down the road for a 2nd time on his bicycle, with no lights, in the middle of the night. This time law enforcement discovered that the serial number on the bike was scratched off, leading them to believe it was stolen, so it too, along with this guy’s car, had now been impounded and taken from him.

This is part 4 of a 4 part series involving a Sovereign Citizen who goes by Chichester El Bey. The series of body cam videos starts back in 2022 with his first arrest claiming to be sovereign and it ends here, with his last arrest, were you can tell he has given up all hope of winning with this routine despite the fact he only spent a few nights in jail and he got a bunch of fines to pay.
