This is based solely on my own work of supporting clients to awaken & liberate.
The frame I'm working with is non-dual Tantra.
This work often encompasses the healing and resolving of trauma - something we call samskara.
I've created this video to 'translate' what I do from the language of Non-Dual Tantra into the scientific anatomical language of the brain and nervous system.
Summary and Key Takeaways
I use a liberation-focused frame and guide clients to meet samskāras so trapped life force can return to flow.
I work beyond the window of tolerance by providing steady co-regulation and a clear, grounded field.
Polyvagal Theory explains how my cues of connection during sessions with clients and students activate ventral vagal safety so clients can feel intense states without losing relationship.
During revisiting, the amygdala, hippocampus, and periaqueductal gray reactivate old survival programs, while co-regulation keeps the prefrontal cortex and insula online for dual awareness.
Completion looks like autonomic discharge and motor pattern release. Signs include shaking, tears, yawns, burps, heat, and tingling.
After discharge, the HPA axis settles and resource states return, often as safety, joy, playfulness, and power.
Tantrik teaching aligns with neurobiology: dissolving samskāras releases bound śakti back into the system.
Regulation serves as a foundation, not the endpoint. The goal is capacity through stabilized awareness plus co-regulation.
This is lived capacity, not technique. Your personal practice and embodiment make the container safe and effective.
