MEDIUM RISK SECURITY INMATES

We have contemplated reclassifying you, and we have come to consult you on that matter.
I have scrutinized your file, and the following has come under my attention:

(1) You do not have a violent history in this facilty.
(2) You have no negative case notes associated to violent behaviour.
(3) You do not get visitation satisfactoialy, and it has been the case for the past decade.
(4) You have been incarcerated in this facility for a decade to date.

Having stated the above fscts, the DCS reclassification board has made the following conclusion:
The inmate under consideration for reclassification does not meet the prerequisites to be reclassified to a MEDIUM SECURITY centre. No further questions of any such inmate will be entertained by this RECLASSIFICATION BOARD.
The inmate is informed that he will be considered for reclassification again, after 24 months has lapsed.

THE FOLLOWING IS A LIST OF INMATES WHOSE FILES CAN BE VIEWED TO DETERMINE IF DCS HAS BEEN NON-COMPLIANT IN IMPLIMENT THE RECLASSIFICATION TOOL. LET US COMPARE THEIR BEHAVIOUR TO THAT OF THOSE THAT RAPED, MURDERED, AND ASSAULTED OTHERS, BUT HAVE BEEN COMPENSATED FOR THEIR DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOUR:
