INGREDIENTS
100g dried fish (Shoul fish shutki, soaked for 1-2 hours)
200g hyacinth beans
200g runner beans
500g potatoes
6 tbsps oil
1 tbsp grated garlic
1/2 cup grated onion
1 1/2 tsps salt
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsps chilli powder
2 1/2 tsps coriander powder
6-7 green chillies
1/2 cup coriander leaves
1/2 cup + 1 cup + 3 cups hot water
