Route: The Croy Line (Alloa Branch)
Between Stirling (STG) and Alloa (ALO) Stations
Crossing type: Manually Controlled Barrier crossing with CCTV (MCB-CCTV)
Filming location: Station Road, Cambus (FK10 2NY)
A level crossing on the single-track electrified branch line to Alloa, located in the small, quiet village of Cambus on the outskirts of the town in Clackmannanshire. Due to either passing traffic or nearby industry, the backs of the wigwags here are unusually coloured black, though this is through accumulating dirt rather than being painted that way. Despite the large industry nearby, the location is quiet with the crossing on a slow-speed road dotted with large speed humps. This crossing, practically in its entirety, dates back to 2008 when this branch line to the administrative centre of Clackmannanshire re-opened to passenger traffic. Today, it's mostly single-track from Stirling with a passing loop near this crossing.
