In this video, I share my first six months of clinical experience with Relfydess since introducing it into my practice. I discuss real-world onset, duration, patient feedback, workflow advantages, and early observations in both licensed areas (glabellar and lateral canthal lines) and off-label regions such as the frontalis and lower face.
Most patients report a quicker onset than with their previous neuromodulator, with some noticing early changes on their way home. Many are achieving 4–6 weeks longer duration, with my longest case lasting 5.5 months so far. I also cover technique refinements, comfort strategies, and the importance of managing expectations around longevity.
