Recipe for one full batch of Green Smoothie (makes one gallon)
16 oz bag of Kale
10 oz bag of Spinach
24 oz container of Pineapple chunks
2 cups of Apple cider vinegar
8 tbs of grounded flax seeds
4 cups of water
4 tbs of honey
