Oil leak and malfunctioning oil level sensor on V8 and OM603 W126 S Class Benz SD 480p

Описание: Plan on 3 hrs of working on the V8 model replacing the oil level sensor. The oil leak actually develops around the part of where the plug and wire going to the instrument cluster plugs into. The Diesel OM603 oil level sensor replacement takes much less time to do as it is bolted onto the engine from the outside.
Oil leaks on V8 can be messy and often there is so much old oil that it is difficult to see where the oil had come from.
