Ok guys HERE WE GO! In today's 50 MINUTE total body strength and cardio workout we'll be utilizing the 2 -- 1-- and NONE format....moving from a 2 dumbbell exercise to a 1 dumbbell exercise and ending with a NO dumbbell ( bodyweight) exercise in EACH circuit. EFFECTIVE and EFFICIENT. Definitely one of my favorite formats to maximize strength and cardio in a full body workout. This full body workout is around 50 minutes long, and flies by one circuit at time!! I have included a warm-up and cool down in today's video, so all you need to do is grab your dumbbells, water bottle and towel. LET'S DO THIS!!
