On January 10, 2025, Iran’s IRGC unveiled a new underground missile base, referred to as a “missile city,” equipped with advanced missiles like Emad, Qadr, and Qiam. The base, used in Iran’s 2024 operations against Israel, was shown by IRGC Commander Major General Hossein Salami and Brigadier General Amir Ali Hajizadeh. The facility is part of Iran’s growing missile capabilities, which are being continually upgraded.
