Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Blue Ox Replacement Standard Hitch Head with hardware. Now, this is going to fit your Standard Blue Ox SwayPro Weight-Distribution Systems, and there's a couple reasons why you would need something like this. Your current hitch head might be worn or damaged. Of course, over time parts can get bent, worn down, or just plain beat up. Maybe you're missing hardware.

This kit comes with everything that you're going to need. It not only comes with the hitch head, but it comes with the bolts, the washers, the nuts, and the pins, as you can see here, and it even comes with this pre-mounted 2 5/16-inch ball. So, if you've lost a few parts along the way, if you replace the whole head with this system right here, this kit, everything's gonna be simpler and safer than tracking down the individual pieces. Perhaps you bought a used hitch and you need a fresh start, maybe you inherited a Blue Ox system, or you're doing a full checkup before a trip, replacing the head's going to ensure that everything is factory-fresh and up to spec. Of course, there's rust or corrosion, especially if the hitch has been exposed to the elements.

Corrosion can weaken those parts, make them unreliable, but this will give you everything that you need to have a clean replacement head that's gonna fix everything up.
