David and I went to the Beryl Pit in Quadeville, Ontario, Canada this past May.
It was 4.5h away from Montreal.
It was our second visit and this time, we went with the Ottawa Valley Mineral Club to make it more fun!
We met cool people and discovered more treasures!
Watch until the end to see my cabochons!
If you can help identify some of the rocks it would be greatly appreciated!
If ever you need to make a bug repellant, mix 60 mill coconut oil with 10 drops peppermint, 10 drops eucalyptus, 10 citronella and 10 drops of lavender oil. You can add a bit of oregano oil. It smelled so intense but it worked for a few hours. Wear it at your own risk ;) My eyes were watering a bit lol!
