How to find this boss location: You must ring the 3 bells in the first chapter of the game. The first bell can be found in the Guangzhi boss area. The second can be found in the Guangmou boss area. The final bell can be found at the side path of the Whiteclad Noble, to the left of where you fight him. After ringing the 3 bells, you'll be teleported here.

As for the boss fight, it's essentially the same as the Wandering Wight from early in the game. There's a few extra mechanics with the smaller enemies, but otherwise it's fundamentally the same.
