After upgrading both of my laptop GPUs (RTX 3070 Mobile) to an RTX 3080 Mobile and 3080 Ti Mobile, I've noticed that there is a considerable performance jump for the 3080 Mobile, but not for the 3080 Ti Mobile.

I try to find the reason and a potential fix for the performance issues in this video. I ran way too many benchmarks and lost too much lifetime, just because I felt there must be some performance missing somewhere.
