See me painting at Sligachan on the Isle of Skye with Unison Colour pastels, seeking to capture the beauty of the landscape.
Painting on SAIT P500 sanded paper, watch as I seek to represent this wonderful view, with a powerful sky, and the river full of rocks and backed by a colourful autumnal landscape and the magnificent Cuillin mountains.
The only place I've found SAIT P500 is Youdells art shop in the Lake District and they sell it in sheets or you can purchase it in a helpful roll.
The painting is then brought to completion in the studio back in Yorkshire, retaining the expressiveness and essence of the plein air painting.
