Day 18 focuses on returning to baseline — resetting your nervous system gently and safely.
After building safety, steadiness, and resilience, the next step is learning that regulation is accessible. This EMDR-informed nervous system meditation is designed to help your body shift from activation, stress, or emotional buildup back into steadiness.
Reset does not mean something is wrong.
Reset means your system knows how to come back.
Using slow, grounding music and subtle bilateral stimulation, this meditation supports parasympathetic activation and polyvagal regulation. There is no effort required. Nothing needs to be fixed. This is about allowing your nervous system to recalibrate.
You are not starting over.
You are returning to center.
