Cheeseburgers are popular with kids, but many don't know how to make a burger themselves. This video introduces how to fry a patty to kids who didn't know that before. I like to debunk cooking for people who think it's too hard to cook -- save money and make it yourself at home!
Kids learn many important skills in the kitchen. I use video with students with communication disorders to work on answering questions, vocabulary, describing, and sequencing. Recipe videos are great for this type of work, but I've had trouble finding videos that work. Typically there's too much talking and the video moves too fast. I made this video wordless because I expect the speech pathologist or special educator to narrate the steps!
