WTF IS this shit ??
NEW gem grim pillars + Creeping chill support + Power charges and well of power node +infusions = infinite loop again

How does it work??
You perma trigger Grim pillars which triggers Creeping chill and consumes power charges and the ICE crystal explosions does LARGE amounts of damage and perma freezing stuff

Obv to make this setup work you will need amulet with either COC or COEA but even without it the build will work just fine
Using DOUBLE living bomb + arc in the COC/COEA setups to generate as much as possible Infusions and consume them fast for MORE and MORE recovery
In the other COC im running obv COMET for big damage which will 1shot everything

This build destroys 200% deli with area level 81/82 and can do any mods BUT you want to avoid AILMENT THRESHOLD since you will proc less and less

How am i getting the ward reg for the GRIM PILLARS ??
They are level 6 which means you need to corrupt lvl 7 gem and get -1 and also i am using Warding rune of Equinox which means my mana regen applies to ward regen and you can pretty much perma sustain the cost which is 53 ward per pillar
You will want to RUNEforge MALIGARO + your BOOTS ideally and have around 200 ward to be safe and have a lot of procs

Since we are running Archmage+Eldritch battery this build is SUPER mana hungry even with the power charge mana recovery so you want to take as much as possible Mana cost Efficiency nodes and also stack as much as possible MANA

How do you craft the 20% MAX MANA CHEST ??
Fracture ES chaos spam until the mana mod SLAM GOOD ES and then SLAM suffixes +desecrate
You will want to socket in Medved's Tending rune in it to be able to roll max mana AND also chest can roll 30% light/cold/fire res with 30% chaos res which is insane

Keep in mind you DONT need to have this amount of gear or mageblood to make this build work however be prepared to destroy your GPU since the GRIM PILLARS have crazy VRAM bottleneck after few maps
