They have access to a developer build of it and have covered pretty much the entire game from start to finish. Really interesting stuff like missions that didn't end up in the final retail version, alternate dialogue, cutscenes and very insightful commentary.
This is kind of a dream come true to me, I think lot's of people remember the leaked screenshots of this way back and wish they could of seen the full gameplay.
