The US-based democracy watchdog Freedom House released its annual comprehensive report assessing how free every country in the world is. Shekhar Gupta looks at how and why India scored 67 out of 100 (compared to 71 last year), and was thereby downgraded from the category of a 'free' country to a 'partly free' one, in episode 696 of #CutTheClutter.
