For the runner Loadout I have picked Bad Juju as it allows me to not switch Loadouts between teleports which made it way easier for me.
If you are fast enough you can clear every wave with Bad Juju.
I usually only used Shuriken for the first wave right before entering the 1st Portal as it sometimes got close, you can open the Portal from the right side of the map as it made the Portal spawn in the front part of the arena, but not needed to get it done.
For the last add wave before DMG make sure you have Killshot to clear the shielded adds without buff or switch to tractor cannon to boop them away from the conflux, but i would recommend killshot to be sure they wont sacrrifice.
