Dateline Philippines: The first phase of the much-anticipated EDSA rehabilitation is almost halfway finished and is expected to be completed by July 2026, Public Works Secretary Vince Dizon announced Monday (February 16).
“We are currently close to 50 percent na ng phase 1 ng (EDSA rehabilitation) so we want to complete this all by July 2026 with the sidewalks,” Dizon said.
