Описание: After the devastation from the earthquake in Haiti I wanted to help in some way. For my Senior Project, I decided to help Haiti by raising funds to sponsor the digging of a clean water well ($3,000) and also provide a one-year hot-lunch program at one of the Haitian schools ($5,000). The project was called "Hope 4 Haiti." I organized fundraisers at schools around my community, sent support letters to family, church friends, and businesses; I also raffled a 32' TV. I raised enough money to sponsor both the water well and the lunch program. I went to Haiti during March 5-12 2011, to help dig the water well with Living Hope Mission. The water well is now providing water to over 5,000 people and 300 children now have lunch. Jesus says it best, "And whoever gives one of these little ones only a cup of cold water in the name of a disciple, assuredly, I say to you, he shall by no means lose his reward." This video was awarded 1st Place Documentary in the Satellite Center Video & Animation Festival. I pray that you are blessed by this video.
