Today, we have short hearing in the case of a couple where Mom has motioned the
court for a change of custody despite the fact that custody was literally decided 2
weeks ago when their divorce was finalized.
Mom wants to change custody from the week on, week off schedule they have now to
10 days for Mom and 4 days for Dad instead because she claims there’s a “lack of
co-parenting.”
Dad does not agree with this change and wants thing to remain the same.
What does the Referee think of her motion?
