VULKAN LIVES! Salamanders Space Marines Debut vs Grey Knights Warhammer 40k Battle report

New week new army. The Firestorm Assault Force out in full for the debut of the new studio Salamanders Army, with a sea of green joining the red Blood Angels ranks. Want to see JUST how brutal a metric tonne of flamers with +1 strength, assault on everything and double overwatch capability is? Well you're in the right place.

Double Land Raider Redeemers ferry around Eradicators and Aggressors with flamers, Bladeguard Veterans ride around in an impulsor to get where they're needed, and Vulkan He'Stan (point and reroll wounds...) and Adrax Agatone lead up Infernus Marines and Intercessors with Interceptors and Scouts rounding out the list. a LOT of firepower, and a lot of fire as it should be with a Salamanders army. Man I wouldn't want to deep strike nearby and take some brutal overwatches.....

Talking of deep striking and taking some brutal overwatches, the Grey Knights! It's been a while since we've seen them on the channel, but they're back and ready to challenge the green marines with teleporting shennanigans. Kaldor Draigo with 10 terminators aim for an easy 6 inch charge. 3 Dreadknights, more terminators, strike squads and Interceptors. 2 Librarians round out the force for some vortex of doom goodness, with a Callidus Assassin trying to bump up Chris' CP usage. Small, Elite, Dangerous.
