As a one-stop community hub, the One Punggol Integrated Hub is designed to serve over 200,000 residents and boasts an impressive area of 45,100sqm. The hub offers a wide range of facilities and amenities that cater to the needs of the community.

Among the features of the hub is a hawker centre that houses 34 stalls, providing seating for up to 700 people. It offers a variety of local cuisines, making it a popular spot for residents to gather and enjoy a meal.

Aside from the hawker centre, the hub also features a regional five-storey library and a childcare centre with 500 places. Other amenities include a Community Club, HDB Branch, blood collection centre, kidney dialysis centre, and senior care centre. The hub is truly a one-stop destination for all the essential services that the community may need.

The fifth floor of the hub features a multi-purpose hall with four badminton courts and 600 retractable seats for performances and ceremonies, according to The Straits Times.
