Just took out one of my subs for a quick drive/dive. I’ve found that there were two different kinds of radios that were made. A couple that I have are the newer Seawolf subs and they have shorter antennas than these early subs.
What I’ve found is that the Seawolfs dive to about 3-5 feet, while the early subs can easily dive to 10+ feet. In this video I took it to around 8 feet down.
