You might be wondering why I created an Exercise Timer video??? Well, lately I've been trying to get more fit, and I was looking for a simple timing video- but I couldn't find one...

Many of my video ideas simply come from videos that I want to watch, but I have a hard time finding! If I can't find it, I make it!

This Exercise Timer is for a "Tobata", a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) fitness method. It is the quickest workout that has been proven to be effective in improving your aerobic capacity. Some people call it the minimum effective cardiovascular workout.

Stationary bike, Run in place, Jump Rope, Jumping Jacks- pick your favorite exercise and do it as hard and fast as you can for 20 seconds. Then rest for 10 seconds. Do a minimum of 8 sets. Do this at least 1x a week to make a lasting improvement in your cardiovascular health!
