Dublin is lucky to be the home town of Harry Clarke (1889-1931), one of the most important Irish stained glass artists and illustrators of the early 20th Century. Key locations in Harry Clarke's short life and examples of his beautiful work are within easy reach of each other in Dublin. In this video, Historyeye illustrates a suggested tour of some of these Dublin sites. The tour can be done comfortably in a half day and covers 15 kilometers. The Harry Clarke Dublin Tour is probably best done by a combination of walking, cycling and public transport.
