Quinton Nixon will be eligible for parole after serving 21 years of his sentence. He was convicted of murdering Toni Westover after a bench trial in Summit County.

After a bench trial, Croce found Nixon guilty of the following felony charges:
Two counts of murder with gun specifications
Felonious assault with a gun specification
Tampering with evidence
The Summit County Prosecutor's Office added that because Nixon was found guilty of a violent crime, Croce placed Nixon on Ohio’s Violent Crime Registry. That means that if Nixon is released from prison, he must register with the local sheriff every year for ten years.
