Not all Denominations who identify under the Christian heading are even Christian!!!
Denominations are defined as congregations united in their adherence to certain beliefs and practices that may differ from other denominations.
But the bottom line is salvation is by grace through faith in the work of Jesus' death burial and resurrection. regardless of denomination, a confession and belief in the position of Jesus as God and his atoning work establishes salvation regardless of denominational affiliations.
