Описание: Villa Trou Rolland is a lovely six-bedroom home, which offers panoramic views over the bay of Trou Rolland, right next to Marigot Bay, and is perfect for groups of friends or a family. This home boasts an impressive hillside location and is only a short walk from a small beach.

The villa is approached via a gated road that winds through the tropical rainforest and lush surroundings that St. Lucia is famed for. The entrance leads into the living room and open plan kitchen and dining area. The living area is furnished with wicker seating and palm-print cushions giving the interior a tropical vibe. The floor to ceiling glass doors ensure the views can be appreciated from inside the villa as well as out – although there are 4 levels of patio decks – each equipped for entertaining, sunbathing, and lounging. An elegant central-helical staircase adjoins the floors. An outdoor spiral staircase allows for easy movement between decks. All floors are covered with Travertine stone tiles and all counters are of rich dark granite.

Four of the six bedrooms at Villa Trou Rolland have en-suite bathrooms and open to a balcony or terrace. One has a king size bed, two has double beds and one has twin beds. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and have a king and queen-size bed respectively. Other rooms at the villa include a utility room, office and media room.

Although the villa is in a lovely secluded location, the picturesque Marigot Bay is only a five minute drive away / 15 minute walk away.

Picturesque Marigot Bay is just a 14-minute walk away, and there are four other beaches within a 10-mile drive. A catamaran cruise to the UNESCO World-Heritage-listed Pitons is highly recommended.
