📝 Ingredients:
For the Paneer:
250g Paneer (cubed) 🧀
2 tbsp Cornstarch 🌽
2 tbsp Refined Flour (Maida) 🌾
Salt to taste 🧂
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder 🌶️
For the Sauce:
2 tbsp Vinegar 🍋
2 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce 🌶️
2 tbsp Green Chilli Sauce 🌶️
2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce 🍶
1/2 tbsp Brown Sugar 🍯
For the Veggies:
1/2 Red/Green/Yellow Capsicum (bell pepper) 🌶️
2 medium Onions 🧅
Others:
10-15 Roasted Peanuts or Cashews 🥜
3 tbsp Oil (for frying) 🛢️
Spring Onion (for garnish) 🌿
🔥 Method:
Step 1: Prepare the Paneer
1️⃣ Coat the Paneer: In a bowl, coat your paneer cubes with cornstarch, refined flour, salt, and red chili powder.
2️⃣ Shallow Fry the Paneer: Heat oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Fry the coated paneer cubes until golden brown and crispy on all sides. 🧀🍳
Step 2: Make the Kung Pao Sauce
3️⃣ Mix the Sauces: In a bowl, combine the vinegar, red chili sauce, green chili sauce, dark soy sauce, and brown sugar. Stir well to create that perfect tangy, spicy Kung Pao sauce! 🍶🌶️🍯
Step 3: Sauté the Veggies
