High Protein Rice Bowl 🍚
Ingredients-
Anveshan A2 Ghee – 2 tsp
Jeera – 1 tsp
Tej patta – 1
Elaichi – 2
Badi elaichi – 1
Clove – 2
Cinnamon stick – 1 small
Dried red chilli – 1
Garlic – 3–4 cloves (chopped)
Onion – 1 medium (chopped)
Green chilli – 2 (chopped)
Carrot – ½ of whole (chopped)
Beans – ½ cup (chopped)
Peas – ½ cup
Soya chunks – ½ cup (soaked & boiled)
Paneer – ½ cup (cubed)
Salt – to taste
Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Cooked rice – 1 cup
For garnish-
Coriander – 1 tbsp (chopped)
Raita-
Curd – 100 g
Salt – to taste
Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp
Black pepper – ¼ tsp
Method-
-Heat ghee in a pan. Add jeera and whole spices.
-Then add garlic, onion & green chilli and sauté till light golden.
-Add carrot, beans & peas. Cook 3–4 mins till slightly soft.
-Add boiled soya chunks & paneer. Mix well.
-Add salt, red chilli powder & black pepper.
-Add cooked rice & toss gently till well combined.
-Garnish with coriander & serve hot with raita.
