Описание: Returning to our rainforest resort 5 years after his last residency with us for the re-opening of The Datai Langkawi, Chef Sébastien Bras enthralled guests with his masterful creations at The Chef Series 2023 finale. Diners embarked on a gastronomic journey through the essence of nature and the rich terroir of Aubrac. Known for his refined and audacious cuisine, Chef Sébastien treated guests to a meticulously curated Degustation Dinner featuring unique dishes showcasing exclusive produce expertly paired with local ingredients, such as A5 Wagyu beef studded with anchovies and served with lentil miso or a delicious dessert consisting of Butternut coulant biscuit and cardamom ice-cream. He and his father, Chef Michel Bras, together hold an impressive five Michelin stars for the eponymous Bras and for Le Suquet, a testament to their culinary excellence.
