This all standing 2 in 1 workout is suitable for beginners and targets your arms and ab muscles using kettlebells. There are no floor exercises in this 15 Min Arms & Abs Kettlebell Workout. Standing exercises will help increase your stability & challenge your entire core. The exercises throughout this session target the triceps, biceps, shoulders, abs and obliques. 💪🏼
You can use dumbbells if you don't have kettlebells and it can be done at home or in the gym. This workout is suitable for all, remember to take modifications for the windmills if you need to or use no weights at all until you nail your form. ☺️
