contour & highlight routine, using concealer sticks!

.....products used.....
1. covergirl trublend fixstick
the shades you use will depend on your skin tone
anyone wondering, i use l567, m1234 and d567.
2. the yellow tone concealer i use to brighten under eye is lemon aid from benefit
3. if using a translucent powder, i use MU4E HD
4. when/if using tinted powders i use smashbox photo set pressed in shade light and for the contour or darker areas i use benefit hoola bronzer as a dark powder
5.primer is important and will help any makeup application, depending on your skin type, will depend on which brand / type of primer you should use. if you are oily or combo like i am, you will want a matte or mattifying primer. if you are dry look for silicone based primers.... the primer i used in this video is rimmel matte primer.
6. beauty blender. you can use beauty blenders damp or dry but i always use mine damp. i prefer the way it works and the finish it gives. if you have not used a beauty blender before i suggest you go buy one RIGHT now. it is one of my most loved - must have tools for makeup application.

all products used in this video can be bought at sephora or ulta.

remember: this routine will not work for everyone. you may need to change the type of stick you are using, or change the amount/location to best fit your face shape.

highlight = stand out, push forward, brighten
contour = sculpt, hide, define, darken, thin out, push back
