Today Saumya's Kitchen Recipe is sharing with you recipe of the Ayurvedic Immunity Booster Drink "Kadha" (काढ़ा) which can be easily made with the simple ingredients available in your kitchen. We request you to make this Kadha and drink it everyday once or twice to increase your body's immunity power to help you live a healthy life.

Ingredients:
Cinnamon (दालचीनी) - 3 sticks
Cloves (लौंग) 15
Black Pepper (काली मिर्च) 1 tbsp
Cardamom (इलायची) 8
Basil Leaves/Tulsi Leave (तुलसी पत्ती) 1 tbsp
Ginger (अदरक) 1 inch
Giloye (गिलोय) 1 stick, if available
Water (पानी) 250 ml
Jaggery/Gur (गुड़) 1 small or Use Honey (शहद) 1/2 tsp when Kadha is ready
Lemon Juice (निम्बू रस) optional as per your taste
