I have always thought that the little sister to the Singer 66 was the first perfect portable. Small, efficient and utterly stunning. Introduced around 1911 it was so perfect it remained virtually unchanged throughout its long production run (the final few in the late 1950s having a reverse added). This beauty came from the Scottish Singer factory in 1939. I do hope you enjoy this little clip down memory lane.
