Arc Ignite 1 Week Update - Blasting Endgame Under 20div, Tanky Enough for Mercs and T17s

The one week update for my Arc Ignite Elementalist league starter.

It's been going great and I've been able to get to my "cruising altitude" version of the build even faster and cheaper than anticipated, blasting T16s and "T16.5s" (Originator maps that have T17 mods and quant) and completing T17s before one week on under 20div while remaining fast and tanky.

What I've Been Farming: Blight, Blighted Maps, Harvest, Cloister Stacked Deck Farm, Destructive Play, homebrewed test of Settlers + Possessed Gold/Generic Farm. Starting to dip my toe into Delve and Invitation Rotations as well. Build can also excel at Harbingers, Legion (not sure if profitable), and eventually Simulacrum (will be testing on a ~25div budget)
