On 15th April evening, a severe cylinder blast fire in Vikas Nagar Lucknow destroyed hundreds of families' homes. Two innocent children lost their lives. The administration has accelerated relief and rescue operations. Fire services controlled the fire late at night and treatment of the injured is ongoing. People are searching for belongings from their burnt homes. The incident shocked residents living there for over 40 years. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Deputy CM Brijesh Pathak visited the site and instructed to expedite assistance. Full report by Ankit Mishra.
