Any quantity of padron peppers - buy from Sainsbury's!!!!
4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Maldon Salt
Wash the Padrón peppers and dry them well
Heat in the olive oil over medium-high to high heat
Add the Padrón peppers to the hot pan and toss them with a lid on - use spatula or tongs
Fry for 4-5 minutes until the skins start to blister and turn.
Make sure all sides are equally baked.
Remove peppers from the pan
Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with sea salt, and serve immediately
